Student Support Services

A number of specialist teachers and allied health professionals work at the school to provide support for our students.

 

The Student Support Team:
Provides access to services that develop the health, wellbeing and educational achievement of students with specific needs. The team includes a Student Wellbeing teacher, Social Workers, Psychologists, a School Nurse, a Speech Pathologist and Program for Students with Disabilities Coordinator.

 

The Careers Pathways Team:
Includes several accredited careers practitioners who provide advice about subject selection, Higher Education and TAFE Entry, workplace learning opportunities and employment requirements

 

Students, teachers and parents refer to these staff and programs for:

  • Assessment, Professional Assistance and Case Management
  • Support for Individual Learning Plans, Career Action Plans, Attendance Improvement Plans and Behaviour Support Plans
