The Hallam Secondary College Centre of Excellence (COE): Creative and Performing Arts “CAPA” is an exciting and unique program that promotes school connectedness through the arts in a supportive and friendly environment.
We aim to provide clear pathways that link career aspirations with opportunities in both school and the wider community. Partnership links with educational organisations, industry professionals and arts focused organisations are a feature of the program.

Year 10 – Creative and Performing Arts Leadership (Music and Dance)
Year 11 – Art Specialisation (Music and Dance), VET subjects and VCE subjects
Year 12 – Refinement and Industry links (Music and Dance), VET subjects and VCE subjects
VCE career pathways – Tertiary studies: Creative/Visual Arts, Marketing, Media, Teaching, Event Management
Career Pathways – Coach/Instructor, Choreographer, Performer, Freelance Artist
