Our Presentation Evening on Thursday 20th November was a standout. It is the first Presentation/Award Evening that we have held for 10 years and it is timely now that we are finishing our first year as full 7 – 12 school.
It was an honour to have alumni Dr Stella Barber attend the event and award a scholarship for our outstanding writers.
Sometimes in the day-to-day busyness of the school year we miss the opportunity to celebrate the very behaviours that we are channelling all our work into – it is almost ironic!
We have so many capable and hard working students who attend every day and live our school values and they can go under the radar. This is our chance to recognise and celebrate the positives.
It was also a time to celebrate the long term commitment of staff to school and community.
Congratulations to the student and staff who were recognised on the night.
